The Center for Safety Training & Development (C-STAD) helps organizations recognize and respond to concerning behavior earlier, with clearer thinking and better tools. We bridge behavioral threat assessment, digital risk indicators, and scenario-based learning so teams can move left of “left of bang.”

C-STAD’s mission is to operationalize prevention—moving teams left of “left of bang” by combining behavioral science, digital awareness, and practical training that fits real-world constraints.
